Applying for an Examination

1. Please read the Guidance Notes for Applicants
2. Please read the Guidance Notes for Referees
3. You are now required to complete Section A of the Structured Reference Form (PDF or Word)

   To enable you to email this to each of your referees, please read the following instructions

4. Please download and complete the Operative Summary template

5. You now need to create your personal profile by registering
6. The application process is straightforward. We have, however, created a guide which you may wish to read before continuing.
